Charlotte Howe

Charlotte Howe is an Associate at MCAM focused on deal coordination, distribution, logistics, and project management for our clients as well as supporting the firm’s overall business development efforts and strategic initatives.
Prior to joining MCAM, she worked as a management consultant in the Technology Strategy and Transformation team at Deloitte in Australia with a focus on M&A transactions, strategy and project management for a wide variety of major global blue-chip companies in the Financial Services and Energy verticals. At Deloitte, she was closely involved in assisting the partners in formulating strategy and implementing projects to deliver strategic and operational objectives.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, having double majored in Accounting and Business Information Services. Charlotte is a dual citizen of UK and Australia.
Lars Bjoergerd

Lars Bjoergerd founded MCAM in 2009 and has since been engaged by many of the leading institutional buyout, private credit, growth and VC general partners including TCW, EJF Capital, Tokio Marine Asset Management, Earlybird, Anzu Partners, Jackson Square Ventures and TVM Life Science. Prior to setting up the firm, Mr Bjoergerd was a director at Cube Capital, a $1.3 billion alternative investment manager with offices in London and Hong Kong.
Lars was previously was responsible for the Northern European institutional market at Insight Investment Management in London, a part of BNY Mellon Investment Management and one of Europe’s largest asset managers with over USD $850 billion in AUM in equities, fixed income, hedge funds and private equity strategies. At Insight Investment, Lars was responsible for managing the relationships with the region’s largest institutional limited partners such as the public and corporate pension funds, banks and insurance companies with a particular focus on developing and marketing Insight’s alternative investment strategies.
